Wayne Dobbs
Instructor

• Retired-year 25-year veteran of the Richardson Texas Police Department (Dallas Metro Area), where he served in uniformed, covert, and investigative assignments including narcotics, intelligence and Federal Organized Crime Task Force.
  
• Served on the State of Texas Firearms Instructor License development committee and under the Department of State’s Basic Field Firearms Officer Certification program and personally certified numerous firearms instructors under the Texas Commission of Law Enforcement program.
  
• Served for two years on a Department of State Police Training contract from 2004-2006 in the Iraq combat zone, where he managed a firearms training program for delivery to the Iraqi Police Service. After that service, Wayne served from 2010-2012 on another Department of State Worldwide Protective Service diplomatic protection detail training program in the US for Triple Canopy.
  
• Certified firearms instructor under Larry Vickers, Rob Leatham, Paul Howe and John Farnam and holds additional law enforcement instructor certifications in baton, defensive tactics, and OC/pepper spray.
  
• Annual presenter at the Rangemaster Tactical Conference.
